My Story
Celia Crosby is the pseudonym of award winning and New York Times Best-Selling Young Adult author Lisa Maxwell.
I didn't want to be a writer when I was a kid... Or I didn't know I wanted to be a writer.
After years of studying and teaching literature, I fell in love with Romance. After reading everything I could get my hands on for months and months, I knew I wanted to write it. I started out writing adult romance, back in 2010, but my young adult books sold first.
Now, a decade later, I'm returning to my first love and getting back to writing for adults. I love books with a little steam, a lot of smarts, and sometimes I touch of magic.
